I use Betaplayer to play my movies. Its a fantastic freeware program that also works on my iPAQ too

Megapixwl has lot of phones but I do not know phone which has divx player... but maybe if you will have phone with OS you will be able to install divx to phone.

its 1.3 megapixel (which was what you asked for, you didn't say a good cam  ) but no, its not brilliant for that resolution. certainly no where near as good as the 1.3 megapixel cam in the S700 but then its not CCD so I guess thats to be expected

And if you dont want a pdaphone you can go for motorola mpx220 windows smartphone, wich has also 1.3mp but the quality it's not that great. For xvid/divx you can use betaplayer, as masseur said

there's the new trio 650. i'm sure you can put divx on that. it has a 1.2mp cam which i'm pretty sure is a piece of crap.
