Hi Peeps,
I'm selling a Nokia 6230.

This phone is FAULTY, it keeps displaying 'insert sim card' even though one is in the phone.

The actual condition of the phone is close to perfect.

The phone is Vodafone branded.

Included with the phone is the battery and 32MB MMC card.

Here are some pics:

******PLEASE NOTE******

As this is a faulty phone I will not be held responsible if any more faults are found other then the one that has been mentioned above.

Why is it useless???

It may just be a problem with the sim reader, which then can be replaced...

If it has other problems, then it can be used for parts, i.e. Case, Battey, Screen, Charging port, Handsfree port, Earpiece etc.

Ah well, obviously he is not wise enough to see a bargain when it's staring him straight in the eyes

Some people are dense like that..

I'd buy it for myself if i had any interest in Nokia's, but unfortunately i despise them with a violent passion

Thanks for the replies djkizlive and Laurence.

The Nokia 6230 still sells for around £140-£160.

If this one can be repaired then it could be sold on for around £120 as it is just the phone in its own.

You could have sent it to me prior to the sale, Mercy.

Might have been able to fix that SIM issue, and then you could have sold it for a whole lot more

No problem mate, i'm guessing you read my first reply before i had a chance to delete it. I misunderstood you completely, i thought you were getting at Merc_Man, but now i understand your reasons for the comment.

It's really annoying when people post pointless comments, isn't it..
