another solution to my problem would be to set up my e-mail on the handset...on my lg handset on the 3 network i can view an mp3 sample on the net using my p.c i right click the mp3 target and save the file onto my computer i then open the file using my yahoo e-mail adress and send it to my e-mail adress on my 3 handset i know this is long winded but i have no cables and i only have internet acsess at work the p.c tower is hidden so i cant get to it anyway is there anyway to do this on my s700 handset

Just call your provider, they can send you an auto setup file and bum you are in business without breaking a sweat.
