My dad is looking for a monochrome-screen phone with the strongest signal (Preferably nokia since he is more used to it.. but SE will also do) as a backup phone. I will be buying the phone in an hour.. can anyone help me please.... thanks

That´s a tall order - for one hour notice..
I´d find myself a mint 6210/6310(i) but i´d probably not be able to do so in an hour..

External antenna gets good reception. (Pls dont go for t100, it sucks in reception.) Nokia's generally have good reception, heard sagem has the best reception of the lot. Be sure to check sagem.
