I know this question sounds dumb, but anyway, after more than 4.5 hours of initial charging, is it good to unplug my T39mc from the charger already?

That would be good enough. Does the battery icon show it's full? Do a search about batteries here.

There is good info in the forums on conditioning batteries when you first get your phone! General rule i usually leave it on over night or for about 14-16 hours like they say in the stores.

tho the menu says you only have to charge it 4 hours for complete
I still do several times 10 to 15 hours full charge before regular use
