sorry for making a new thread but a guy posted something about his new site a week ago but cant find it you cn upload files and retrieve them via wap can any1 direct me to the thread?

No problem. All things are temporary... 
However you can try my site for uploading (xpc.go.ro/my.wml) and the files stay... atleast 3 days, or if the upload space exceeded (total space for uploads: 20MB) i have to delete files  . BUT download limit is 200KB
EDIT: or you can try wapchimp's upload site, but i don't know if you can get the files via wap... file limit is 1000 KB
