Damn i hate Sasmung D500 |

Hey!
i would like to share my experience with that crapy phone...
I have had Nokia before and then jumped to SE when T68 came and ive been using SE eversence NOW. all of a sudden i wanted to buy samsung d500, after using S700i for 1 month i had to change phone, reason.... well kinda lame excuse... it was to big.. yeah i know you are going wtf, it cant be to BIG!...
ANYWAYs il explain WHY i hate the phone..
1.when talking you cant enter the main menu.. only sms phonebook.
2. comes back to nr1, you cant activate BT, lets say you want to run BT headset, wont work. need to be on before you call or before you get a call..
3. sound, sounds like your in a bathroom when talking with someone else.
4. battery sucks ass, its really prio if you want to talk you have to do it straight out in this case with bt on 3h, BUT if you talk 30min, and use it standby for 3h then if your lucky you will be able to talk for another 45mins and then its dead.
5. when battery starts to reach its dead end, you cant use any fun tools, like java, cam,mp3 etc..
6. Called numbers, if you call a friend and then 2h after you call him back, the same person takes up another slot in the "call list" it doesnt update the slot used before it creates a new one.
7. when talking you cant see the time or date
8. when using BT and you hang up a call the BT dissconnects and you go deff by the beeping sound from hbh300, and beeps again when you make a new call..
9. voice sharpness is totaly useless, only thing i know is that the phone fades out every annoiyng thing in the background which is a good thing right? but f***ing annyiong when you gf thinks your whanking when you really are sitting behind the wheel driving:p
10. I F***ING hate the phone
11. i will go back to SE T630 and wait for V800 when its out for all but VodaPhone...
OK enough said, the phone isnt a phone and its not a cam..
S700i is a cam with to much weight..
D500 isnt a working phone, but its a Cam.... for midgets
Give me your oppinions on that phone? should i really return it?
only thing i like about it is the design. its a chick phone i know, but still its fun try to hit the right buttons:p

i dont recomend that phone...
The s700i is to big.. i work with transportation and well a small phone is the best choice for me. thats why ive got 2 phones, T230 and the D500 and well also cause of the battery.. anyways.. s700 is not the phone for me, doesnt fitt me under worktime, but private its great 
Im interested in V800 but im affraid its as big as s700 and fat..
well anyway, my point with this thread is... DONT buy D500 unless you have a option to return it to the store as i in this case have 30days.

I'm sure there must be some positive things you find about the D500. Just weigh that against the disadvantages that you discovered and try to evaluate of you can live with it - considering the other options. If not, then better return it and have a piece of mind.

Bout time. What do you mean you cant access fun features? The phone allow you or the phone goes dead? I heard it comes with two batteries and an external charger.

yoo.... i have a nice features phone P900, and a D500 now.
for me... D500 is good for party usage... especially when you go to club, bar. you really wanna carry something lighter in weight. so you can dance with you phone (lol) and you can take pics on chicks when is dark which D500 can provide you at least viewable quality photos.
for S700 which i haven't used it yet... but its just like the same size as my P900(well really close anyway). the only different is the camera, 1.3 CCD. other than that, i still perfer P900 features and for the size are like the same Brick..... so, depends what you need really on a cell phone.
for your problems about D500 gives you, i dont have any! it works just fine to me and suits my need when i want a nice tiny phone with a nice cam |

The phone isnt any good, the cam is great but the phone really sucks ass...
when i say you cant access any fun stuff whent he bat goes low. i mean that when the bat. reaches blank the phone goes to a low power usage setting i guess...the backlight goes a bit more dark and you cant enter cam,mp3,java... there isnt anything wrong with the phone it self, what i mean is that i dont like it and ive written why i dont like it, imho the phone is totaly CRAP, you should atleast be able to see what the time is even when your talking. and that call list just sucks donkeyballs.. calling a friend 5 times removes all your 5 latest calls in the call list... which mean that one and same person takes upp all the slots in the call list if you lets say have only 1 friend

the phone is only giving you an acurate reading of who you phone
i have read your dislikes with the phone and to be honest none of them are an issue for me, other than your hates, would you actualy recommend it?

well I still didn't get an S700 but I did buy the D500 today to see what all the fuss is about
first impressions are that the screen is bright and very readable. as good as the Moto V3 I'd say though the V3 has a larger screen
