I think these two should compliment each other, not compete. The P900 is a business phone while the D500 is more of a party/everyday phone.
resistance is futile.

There's no way a P910 can be compared to a D500.

Could not have said it better myself. I have my P900 as a PDA/Internet with 50mb GPRS a month and my D500 for purely calling and taking pics! Loving the combo!!!

yea, totally agree...... well, mate, if p900 were smaller( just a bit smaller like the size of T610) and with good camera like D500 with the flash light as well.... i would stick with my lovely P900. in my dream at least

I don't think the P900 is that big. One one hand people want a big screen and on the other, they want the phone to be compact too.

the size of the P series is the one thing that has always put me off keeping them

So which is the smallest PDA phone out there? When i used the P900, (briefly albeit!) It fitted snugly in my trouser pocket and i didn't feel it to be bulky. I thought it was huge, going by what i had heard on Esato.

I had my P900 for just over 6 months.
It did seem strange when I sold it and bought a K700.
Limitation ect. but I am looking forward in getting my D500.
It all depends on the person and their needs.

I'm not sure which is the smallest but my i-mate JAM is the perfect size IMHO

large touch screen 240x320 in a device not much larger than a K700

There seems to be a d500 wave now. But i still dont think it is worth selling the p series for the d500. It doesnt have that much of an appeal so as to make you sell the p900. Well a 2nd phone, yes. Primary, no!

very true. i didn't say i dont like p900 anymore as im still using it
but for you who sold your p900 to a k700, well mate, its not worth it. cuz P900 has a lot more fun/features than k700.
getting a D500 is a good choice. as its really small compare to other phones which have the same or simular features, oh, remember it has 100 mb storage. you dont really need memory stick.
