trust me when i say this,,,,,,,, Ericsson are so blind to the complaints they get. even from there own staff. I am very freindly with a few people that work foe Sony/E///UK and all they ever due is moan about dealers complaints about the service they get from them. Your best bet is to phone 08705 318318 and ask for the number of your local rep. |

they did not upgrade the software, just seem to have given me a recon phone, i am going in to a service point tomorrow or saturday to complain, if they dont issue me with a fix for the problems i will be taking the matter as far as i can go to in the UK, i dont want this to end up like the problems with the 7110!!!!
I belive that the R3A or is it R3B hardware version fixes the mic problem and the build quality is better |

- better voice quality both sending und receiving
- the mic isn't as (over-)sensitive as before
- Wap (GRPS + eMail) much, much faster
- Games, esp. Game are much more colorful and sport better graphics
- improvements with the building quality of the phone; no more issues with the keys
- It displays the specific phone symbols next to the last dialled phone numbers (Private, business etc.), also with the missed numbers
- T9, Menu + Phonebook faster
- No limits in characters with the Email
- Contrast of the display better,Crispier
- key-lighting improved, especially last row of keys now cleary readable |

had it for about the same, i will let you know what the service point has to say about the bugs with the phone, from what i can remember of the sales of goods act, the item need to be fit for the job it was intended, so that means a phone should work as a phone, where mine is unable to be used due to the mic problems, if they dont issue a fix i am happy with, they can have there phone back, or issue a different model that works!! At the moment i am thinking about getting the problems fixed and then getting rid of the phone and go back to Nokia, i know there i can get phones sent from customer services
i might mail ericsson tonight and ask if R3A fixes the problem with the mic!, or maybe its the software R2...i will find out |
