I've got the pc programs Ulead Video Studio 8,Nero and Windows Movie Maker but i cant find a option in those programs to convert wmv videos to MPEG4 or 3gp? Thanks in advance ;-)

download boilsoft wmv converter beaware you will have to purrchase this for best results ( I.e no big name accross the screen0 this will convert the file to .avi
Use nokia multimdia converter you can find this by searching on google.

No the software you mention will not support .3gp conversion since its a relatively new standard. I would suggest that you get the latest version of the software you mentioned or verify that before you purchase.
However, mpegablelive! and PV Author do a fine job.
