Thanks to clank for this tip: Go to internet profile.Select settings of your active profile.Change internet mode from wap to http.Enable proxy.In port use both 8000 or 9401 (see which one works for you) .There ya go ;-).So did it work for you?

Did you try changing the settings as told in the first post? Also, make sure your operator doesn't have a download limit on their side. Good luck! :-D

Unfortunatly I belive that my operator (Telia) has a download limit because my friend who is using the 3 network can dl stuff over 200kB.

Ya, i did work. For proxy address, enter the same wap ip and no more restrictions.

Just checked in to tell you that I managed to remove the DL-restriction:-) thanks! Although I didn't change the port num to 8000 or 9401 because them it wouldn't work. I just kept the num that where and it worked:-) Big thanks to all of you! Now I finally can bring my friend down to earth because now I have free internet AND I can DL big files.  |

thanks all...!! i just removed my download restriction by just changing from WAP to HTTP and using a proxy server. No port number change was necessary. Currently downloading a file over 300Kb!! )
