I have a nokia 6600.The camera was working fine until recently.whenever i click a photo a 'camera system error -9' is shown with the message 'temporary overload. Continue'. Continuing gives the same error. I have already tried reducing the quality and also changing the location of storage to memory card from phone memory and vice versa. What exactly is the problem?

It is for master reset and phone memory format. Ur phone will be just as new. Thats why i said that it is good to backup on memory card, and restore contacts, settings latter.

I'd advise against backing up the phone memory then restoring it after a reset. The problem may be caused by some corrupt file on the phone while will only be returned once you've restored your back up.

If possible only backup your contacts with pc suite then format both your phone and memory card. After that you can reload your contacts and reinstall all software manually, its more time consuming obviously but is more likely to resolve your problem.

Maybe this is something to do with your RAM being almost fully used, hence the 'overload' problem and the fact that it happens only after some time after a restart. Maybe some app is eating up your RAM.
