are there any foreign search engines out there that search european sites?

just use google.es, .fr, .de, etc... then chose to do the search either only in that language, or only in that country.

Im sure there are, but i dont know of any.
I live in spain, and speak spanish, only speak english on this forum and with my parents. Most of the searches i do are in spanish with google.es, thats why i know about that method of "searches within countries".
