T630 and HBH-60 Bluetooth Headset |

I have used my T610 and HBG-60 headset for over a year but since I upgraded to the T630 people cannot hear me via the headset. I have increased the volume on the headset and I can hear callers fine, they simply cannot hear me. Any thoughts (apart from jumping on it) |

Try resetting the headset and do the pairing process again.

Thanks for that CrackerJack, however, it did not work.
How do you reset the headset?
I deleted the headset from the T630 and then re-paired them which did not work but I can find no reference to RESET?
Please advise |

Delete the HBH from your phone before you start pairing again.
With the HBH turned 'ON' (yellow light flashing), push the button and hold it. When the light starts flashing red and yellow turn the headset off (hold the button again until it turns off).
Wait for a minute or two. Push the button again and hold it until it starts flashing red and yellow again. Start the pairing process.

Thanks for that effort CrackerJack, however, still does not work. Have access to my old T610 this weekend so will see if I can get two way communications with that one. If not at least I know that it is the headset and not the T630. |
