has anyone noticed that the phone shuts off even if you have the phone lock is activated? Just press No for about 12-15 seconds while at phone lock and it will shut down. At least mine does. Is it a a software bug (even at R2e)?

This has been discussed before. It's a RESET function for the phones -same as Ctrl-Alt-Delete. If your phone freezes, you can use this function to restart your phone. Some people likes it -some doesn't.

Its detailed in the instructions for your phone. It resets the battery so its like removing the battery and then reconnecting it.

Pressing the NO button for at least 10 seconds hard resets the battery. I think its a good rescue in case the phone hangs and you cant turn it off the usual way

Where does the manual say something about it??
Havent seen anything about it, but it sure tells you that it isnt possible to do "anything" except pick up incoming call, or call emergency no. with key lock activated!!
