Hi, i used to own a motorola V80 and it had a nice quality camera, but the phone went dodgy. So i swapped it for a new T630 and to be honest the camera quality is crap! Is there anyway you can make it any better? Thanks Si |

DO know which camera driver software you have?
In order to find out do the following sequence of keys using a combo of joystick and * keys:
right*left left*left*
I think the latest camera driver software is 3.10. If you have an earlier version, then i suggest you update the T630 firmware.

The T630 was one of the siblings of the gradual progression of camera technology in mobile phones. It is over a year old and since then it has aged rather rapidly as anything else does in the technology world.
If you are that unhappy with it, then Sell th eT630 to more appreciative guys and get yourself a K700i or an S700i to meet your expectations.

The camera on the T630 isn't too bad. I found that some pictures looked better once transfered to PC.
Here's one that was taken under artificial lighting:

Pictures taken in daylight are a little clearer with slightly less image noise.
I've seen MUCH worse cameras. |
