If they've committed any crime they'll be charged. But at a guess they're as guilty as the last lot freed from their illegal detention - i.e. totally exonerated.

if there only crime is to subscribe to an ideology that isnt the view of the masses rhen for me they have committed no crime. even if they believe that what bin laden did was right i dont think thats a crime. unless there is evidence of a crime been committed then they should be set free.
i d like to think we live in a civialised society we send enough time complaining about the likes of saddam etc just lock/kill people up who dont agree with them, so i think we should be above this |

All four lads released without charge. All four completely innocent. I hope the British Government makes the STRONGEST representations to the U.S. Government over the illegal detention of these British citizens.
