It depends on what you want done.
Kung firmware upgrades/software problems and change ng casings lang, sa Semicon ok na. Libre pa ang labor kung pagpapalit lang ng casings ang ipa-gagawa mo.
Kung phone repair na hardware, better go to  Service Solutions/Concept Stores or Smartnet. Sa Semicon kasi, hit or miss. Pag swerte ka, ok ang phone mo. Kapag katulad ka ng iba nating kasama dito, sakit sa ulo ang makukuha mo sa Semicon.
Check the respective threads, para mabasa mo yung mga complaints and praises na sinasabi ng mga customers nila.
