Hi There, I just bought k700i, is it possible to hide the network?

I dont think it is possible to hide the k700i operator name or logo, though a real k700i user will have to confirm it for me.

There's no option on the K700 to hide the network operator logo.

I like the idea of getting rid of it bu using a clever theme. I personally wouldn't want to mess around with the firmware to do it tho. Can't see the advantages of that over using a clever theme.

No firmware hack, just a theme that I made for a tutorial on how to do that

it is possible to hide the logo here is the detaled instructions
1) go to staples
2) buy black sticky tape
3) cut off a peice and stick it on the screen
VOILA a hidden logo clever hey  |

hyper ! Hopefully jim will add a couple of themes already tweaked hiding the service provider logo.
