My brother in law is currently with Vodafone through Singlepoint and has just signed up to 3 through Dial-a-phone (I feel for him). He asked for his pac code from Singlepoint and they said no unless you pay us £20, is this right? He is out of contract so what do you all think of that?

Many moons ago i worked for phones4u (they connect to swindlepoint) They obviously want to keep your business and will try and charge you for a PAC code. If you argue with them they should waver it, or at least they used to.
