Hey guys was just wandering whether or not anyone else gets a message symbol and there message vibrate/alert go off when you switch on your phones, theres nothing in my inbox and i cant recieve texts anymore due to financial difficulties, hehe, so i know its not a message trying to get through must have started about 2 or 3 weeks ago???

Maybe it is some kind of (sms) alert from your operator warning you that your credit is empty. Best to contact your operator I think.

It will just vibrate for a very short time. And the start up sound comes. No message alert tones.

No its when the phone is searching for the network not when you very first switch it on, the message symbol flashes when it vibrates like youve recieved a text but then dissapears.

Sorry, haven't seen that. My phone has it's own little startup procedure - when it's searching for the network it ALWAYS plays the "error-sound" which means it didn't find the network and just when it's done that it finds the network =)
