EDIT: today, after i told them i was going public with my dissatisfaction, they refunded my money. i dont have my housing, but i dont feel ripped off. credit is due to cnn.cn for making good.

Based on recommendations on this forum, I purchased a k700 housing from cnn.cn in november--or so I thought. I paid for them, but they've never arrived. They say they're investigating, but its been two months. At the very least, this is very poor customer service. Caveat emptor!
