Do you any programs that can convert Mp3 files to apr files so i can you them as ringtones for my k700i

i couldnt find any free mp3 to amr converters, but if you convert mp3 to wav first there's a free wav to amr converter here -

i've used it and its quite good

Sound recorder doesnt always open all mp3 files properly, mp3 files encoded with some encoders are not compatible with sound recorder, it just gives an error
