Sorry, whensmett.  It was in Belgium that it happened.  I don't even know if there _are_   service centers in the U.S.  I wish I had an extra (I've got two of the belt-clip cases though, if you're interested...).  Good luck!
 
 BTW, someone here made one a while back by clipping the end of a charger off with wire cutters and running a lanyard through it.  If you're the handy sort, maybe that's an option...

Krusell makes several neck straps that you could use on your HBH-6XX or even on your phone.
