. as for the se issue for the earloop, and the neckstraps you are right they don't offer any ''spare parts'' at all even if your headset runs out of a battery they don't have batteries either!!!!

This only means that Sony Ericsson accessories are the 'throw-away' kind. If it is out of warranty and it goes hay-wire, time for you to buy another one.
Just to add, If any of those accessories does die on you while the warranty is still valid, they (SE) will replace it with a brand new unit.

this sucks big time!!!!!!!
i lost my earloop a couple of days ago (hbh-660),and found it broken the next day where I parked my car, found all parts though.
using common sence,I thought I could just buy a new one........
....a part that can easiely fall off like the earloop that is not even secured with a screw or something ..........no luck.
or what happened when the silicon-end break from the plastic, this can also happen very easily.(saved it a few times)

that depends on where in the world you live here in Sweden have realised it's a big cost replacing complete accessories, so now the HVC's are repairing the accessories (replacing neck straps, headset batteries etc) as much as possible, both under warranty and after warranty.... |

Here in Asia, SE still has the policy of replacing accessories that is still covered by it's warranty. At least in Sweden they are already repairing/replacing parts that are out of warranty.
