At present 3G networks only transmit video clips but there are moves towards launching handsets capable of receiving and recording live TV. And the mobile TV scene should hot up soon as some operators are set to trial TV transmissions to mobile phones. Jake Blues Joined: May 24, 2004 Posts: > 500 PM	Posted: 2005-01-18 04:28 but if i live in a house that has a licence, they cant touch me. a licence covers all equipment capable of recieving tv signals for the property named on the licence. its like saying owners of handheld tvs need a seperate licence. imo this is a pointless scare tactic.
