Yours must be the wap only service which does not give access to pop3 mail. I'm on Airtel using the 150 per month Mobile Office package which offers full net comers and also access to pop3 mail. Here in Mumbai it is charged at Rs 199/- per month, giving you www access. the 99rs thingy that you have currently just gives you wap access.No Web access.
