Hi guys, any of you smart people figured out how to use a different tone for the slide up/down tone or are we stuck with the default 4?

yes go into setting > sound setting >slide tone > and their you have for different tones

Kind of hard to describe... the one i like is like a kind of high picthed rattle when you shut it and a lower pitched rattle when you close it...
I say I like it, I'd prefer the "Shhhh-fut" sound that my gf has on her sl55 
Or did you mean what format of sound? Im guessing wav or mmf
