P900 themes should be in the format or *utz.
just transfer the utz file to your phone via bluetooth/cable/ir/GPRS and then open it, it will install for you.
Some theme files may have a *zip file extension if this is the case, just rename the file extension to utz and then do as above. 
Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

Just drag and drop the file from your desktop to 'My P9xx' folder.
Or, you can expand/explore the 'My P9xx' folder. Then drag and drop the file into the internal or external memory of the phone.
