Hey Guys, can someone give me the full lowdown on what MP3's can and can't be used as ringtone/alarm signals etc. ?
Also, how do you convert and/or change one that the phone says you can't use ?

Which phone? For k series, press more, use, set as alarm/ringtone.

However, if u activated voice control go ya phone. MP3 will not function as ringtone. I think alarm as well
