If you´re using Windows XP, then I guess ur files are going to "My Documents" and "My Received Files", or any "BT Exchange Folder" or something like that in "MY documents". |

Also mention the phone you have.
Which software are you using ? You can try FMA and see if it works -

OK, my initiall problem is nw sorted, my files are turning up on my phone, i now have another problem.
My PC keeps saying cant run BT STACK and my bluetooth dongle is basically inactive, is this because of the bluetooth software from SP2 is trying to take over again and shut out my 3RD party software?

Maybe you should not use the 3rd party software. The blutooth stack in Windows XP SP2 is the standard widcomm stack. The widcomm stack is pretty much the most stable, since they were the guy's who invented bluetooth. |

But the srd party software allows you to drag whole folders etc where as the windows one you can only do a file at a time, plus ive never ben abale to send a file using sp2....EVER!

Yo man, use the Widcomm stack software.
Then download the FMA or DateiManager, u can drag whole folders and everything with ur phone connected to a serial port.
Don´t use 3rd party software for your BT hardware. |
