im after a bit of help!
ivce a v3 that i can sync with my pc but it wont sync with outlook??
why not?
do i need some more sw other than mobile phone tools?
if so what?

yeah its only a lite version of mobile phone tools that is supplied with the phone and so doesn't sync with outlook
I bought the PC220 version of mobile phone tools from the motorola accessories site
there is also a deluxe version apparantly but its not listed on their site

Thatīs strange!
Whatīs your .exe named masseur? Mineīs mobilePhoneTools_3.11h_SE.exe (the install program, not the app. .exe)
I purchased it online and i have put it in a folder i named Motorola Phone tools Deluxe. I usually name the folders after the app *duh* but i donīt remember buying the deluxe on purpose.. it was the Outlook syncable version, thatīs all.

that one that I bought came in a box on CD with another USB cable and since its back in UK I have no idea what the install name is, sorry

Right got sync to work with the V3,
my only problem now is it puts every body in my phone book as seperate items: ie for work i have 3 numbers all under work in outlook why does it seperate them into 3 items on the V3??
and it wont sync items that do not contain phone numbers. ie i have certain numbers stored in my pohne book that arent 13 digits long therefore it doesnt want to sync them!!?
please help me!
i wanna be able to use my V3 !

for the second issue, yeah I noticed that too but haven't spent any time figuring it out
my V3 is currently on its way back to where I got it so they can send me a replacement (due to that barring problem)
