There are lots of smilies on esato. But there is a need for better and newer smilies. I think it is very easy to add new smilies to esato, hardly half an hours work. Some suggestions are praying smiliey, blushing smiley, updated better grinning smiley, heart broken smiley, etc...

It is easy to add smilies yes (i do it myself on minted) but laffen has a life, and a server to run!

but yes, there is no harm in asking. Why not post some up and he can decide [addsig]

people ask for new smilies from time to time but I just remind them a smilie is just an image which is made easier to include in a post by a short piece of text. there is no reason why you cannot use other smilies that you have found by simply linking to them as you would any other image!

Smiley will better transmit ones emotion. it more than a short piece of text. It also aids in giving his exact feelings at the moment to another user.

i know we can use the [img] tag to link smilies from that page, but it wont show up for users on wap
