I'm trying to use the ir modem on my t39mc to surf the web, but when i dial up to netzero, it gives me "remote modem not responding". It would show on the phone lcd screen its dialing isp #, but it just returns the error message. I'm thinking netzero doesn't support this? Or maybe its my config.

Ppl who had success w/ the ir modem to surf the web, what kind of isp are u using?

Make sure you choose ANALOGUE, not ISDN for dial type in the Data Account set up.

Or maybe NetZero does not allow connection speed at 9600. Or as indicated in the other thread, your provider doesn't support CSD!
