hello, im julie and im just new hers sa Esato. I 've already read numerous feedbacks about globe services before but it is only now that i have decided to share my experience with them.

Ive been an autoload retailer of globe since may 2004. And you are right, ive had experiences of numerous complaints of my clients due to delayed transfer of load and worst, failure to load to client's cellphone........... to think that it had been deducted from my load stock. I just came from globe office this morning and i asked for the services of a male? customer service attendant because my newly purchased motorola c651 will not download the wallpaper and videoclips that i requested and deducted from my load.
I was not received very well, he did not even bother to show me how to use properly the phone. What he said to me was , WHAT DO YOU MEAN AYAW MAGDOWNLOAD. TSINEK NYO BA KUNG COMPATIBLE IYANG NIREQUEST NINYO SA PHONE NINYO. They should be well receiving of their customers and helpful in teaching the customers how to do it.

Hay naku, ano ba iyan. The moment the openline services for motorola c651 gets to be available, i will immediately avail of its services. And lilipat na ako sa smart...........smart move don't you think so.
