Hey, just joined the forums. I am haveing trouble with my new phone. My friend gave me this phone because he had now got a new phone. We put my sim card in the new phone (Nokia 6100) and when i tried to acess GPRS on the phone i had some trouble with it. When i go Menu - Servise - Home, It trys to conected to gprs but the comes up connection not available. I have set up all my settings used the vodaphone website, homepage, ip, etc, and i got them sent and saved. My top-up is something like 9.45 left.

You need to phone voda or go into a voda store to get gprs put onto your account. Welcome to esato my friend.

I no this problem, ur using gprs and u need to call ur vodafone helpline and ask to get ur vodafone wap settings activated |

ok i called the help line and they sent me a load of settings i saved them all correctly and the lady says you might have to wait 1 or 2 days till it will work or it will do it instantly. 3 days later. Ok i went on my phone went to service went to homepage it connects for about 25 seconds and then says call time 25 secs and just brings me back to the service options it did not do this before vodafone sent me the settings and thats it noting happons click home again and it does the same thing :s.
