i recently purchased a sharp tm 100 mobile phone which was locked to the T-MOBILE network. i got the phone unlocked so i could use my o2 genie sim in it. i want to know if any1 knows the settings or where i can get them so i can send pic messages as the o2 shop were useless and said they cant help as they've never sold the phone,,, ive been told all i need to do is to activate the gprs settings, but i dont know how. | |

There are generic settings for GPRS but O2 are not being entirely useless, to be fair, as you have chosen to buy a phone that is a T-Mobile exclusive, therefore none of the other networks have ever sold it.
There is no guarantee that it will work, but you could try the below settings:
APN wap.o2.co.uk
IP address 193.113.200.195
User name o2wap
Password password
Default URL wap.o2.co.uk
You should also make sure GPRS is enabled on your O2 account.
