Need help with joystick/dust problems!!! |

I've had my T68 since March and already the joystick is beginning to stick (it sometimes doesn't respond when I press it in a direction, most notedly Down and Left). Also there is dust gathering underneath the screen (I work in the construction trade) and I was wondering how I remove the cover, and if it is safe to do so, in order to clear the dust out?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks -Ollie- |

take it to a service point and have them remove the faceplate and buff the dust out of the screen |

Hello and welcome to Esato.
Your not the only one who's had problems with their joystick! I had the same problem with my old T68m!
see thread:

You would be advised to take it to a service center and let them look at it under warranty. You can take the cover off to remove dust but this too would void your warranty so you may as well get your joysick and dust sorted at a sc. If you do decide to take your cover off if you do a search here on Esato there are several threads with full instructions on how to do so.
