do i need to adjust my email account phone no. when sending things from abroad, it starts with +44, do i need to put 00 where the
+ is, or is it ok, if i need to change no. can someone tell me how to do it

Just leave the number as it is. The whole idea of the + concept is that you never nead to change the numbers no matter where you are alling from. So provided you add +44 for all of your UK contacts including your email dial up number you can always get through from anywhere. The switch ignores the +44 when you are calling a UK number from within the UK in the same way our switch ignores the +64.
