I'm not sure about the p900 but on the p910 you can 'send' items (pics, files etc) to "Bluetooth Shared". This basically means the file can be seen by devices accessing the phone via bluetooth (ftp) and downloaded.
Hope this helps.

This is also my question before.
finally, I have found that due to diff. OS between T610 and P900, therefore, it is not possible to use P900 just like "USB memory stick" which is feasible on T610. The only way to store your file in P900 is using the card reader, put your file directly into MS Duo stick, then go with your P900.

You are able to browse your bluetooth shared area on your p9xx with a PC or some other device but I'm not aware if you can browse devices with you p9xx... can anybody else answer this either way?

Using my Mac, I am unable to browse my P900 phone.
I tried with Windows and it froze the machine ( that is, the PC ) and I had to reset. I didn't try again. Windows is too unreliable and flaky.

Has anyone been able to figure out a way to browse the shared folder on someone else's P910i from another P910i? What's the point of having a Shared folder if you can't browse other people's shared folders? |

I have been told 'SMan' and some phone setuq combo works. But plain vanila surfing other Pxxx is a tough call. Myself at loss to know, how /why they (SE) made it complicated. Have a look at www.bluejackq.com Quote:

I don't even know how to check what I have shared and what I don't have shared. I barely even really knew what that "Send to Bluetooth shared" was until I read this topic.

From the P900 manual page 131.
Bluetooth share:
You can make it possible for other users to transfer items from your P900. To make an item accessible, select Send as>Bluetooth Shared. The item is then copied to the Shared folder, accessible by other users. When a user requests to access your Shared folder, a request dialog is shown, where you can Accept or Reject the transfer.
