In my experience using 176x144 it should be about 50 mins to 1 hr max depending on the videos you're taking as some images seem to use up more bytes and sometimes it tends to slow down (specially with dark images) so the framerate is reduced. The quality fair but is not so good if the motions are fast -- they get pixelized real bad.

Is 100 minutes true?if so then thats damn good!So how long can it video record on the best quality setting,average quality setting and the worst quality setting?

100 minutes? not sure where that came from. my understanding was on the unlimited setting you can record until you fill the memory
edit: and if I remember correctly it consumes about 550kb per minute so a totally empty K700 could record about 75 minutes (not that you can completely empty a K700 of course)
