i get that too on virgin. i think its something to do with the phone setting and how it connects to the internet rather than the pop settings and username etc that you enter in email options. ive not found much help there though on this matter so i am trying www.reqwireless. com. they have a good demo program you can try that gets past the retarded settings on some phones to enable emails to work. |

Phone O2 and ask for them, they should be able to give you the necessary settings.
Which data account have you sleected for the e-mail client to use?
