Im a little confused as to which SW number is counts, on the SW information screen i have this:
R2B
prg_________ (<--numbers)
R2B
prg___________ (<--numbers)
_TAE
CDA_________ (<--numbers)
R1A
which is the HW version and which is the SW version, also whats the other value for?

First sw i T65 signalling SW.
Second sw is T65/TAE signalling SW.
CDA is only configuration info.
None of the above is HW-version. That is usally shown on a label behind the battery pack, since the battery canīt be removed from the T65 i donīt think you can check your HW-version. As for software version i read some where what TAE stands for but canīt remember it right now, btw there is a new software R3A on itīs way if itīs not released already, should sort out some problems with animation amongst other.
TAE stands for Terminal Adapter Equipment
