K7001 Phone Book Coping Numbers |

When I go into the phone book of my K700i and view names saved and can see the mobile numbers, they are all the same under each person in each aphabetic order eg. every person under A has the first persons number when you view it but when you call it, it will call their actual number. I have the latests software upgrade and cannot work out what is going on. Can be frustrating when looking up numbers. Any suggestions or help will be much appreciated. |

While setting default numbers, get out of phone book each time you have set the default number. Dont set the default number without getting out of phone book. Since you already have assigned default numbers, a simple syncronisation of phone book with pc using fma will solve your problem.

what does setting default numbers have to do with his problem ?  I just set 4 contacts to a different default number without exiting the phone book and it still shows them up properly.
Try copying all the contacts to the sim and copying them back to the phonebook.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence of your attempt !! |

Killer it is not necessary you have that problem. When the ppl whose default you number set are one after another and if you set them all to the same category, you can have the above problem.

or as govi suggested copy them to the pc using FMA and copying them back to the phone
