Hello All,
I am about to go insane. I am having problems configuring my K500i to email! I read a previous post about his issue but it hasnt helped and i wondered if any one of you good people might be able to
I have a virgin pay as you go mobile, with blueyonder email. i have set it up "correctly" (with smtp.blueyonder.co.uk) as the outgoing server and i believe that this phone works fine with smtp. however, when i send an email, it says "calling" then "connecting" then after a while says "connection fails". (it dials a +44845 number).
i am able to send pics and videos and can connect to the internet wiht no problems - anyone shed some light for me please? i am prepared to kiss the feet of the person that can help |

Try doing a search on google for K500i e-mail settings. There are some very useful sites here. |

the best way would be to contact your service provider, e.g: vodafone,virgin. See if they can get the settings working for you!!! |
