Can't quite compare these phones, one is a 3G smartphone, the S700 is a megapix phone with an innovative design and I don't know much about the D500 to comment.

I'd say:
I-mate = for functionality
6630 = for data transfer and camera and also fuctionality
S700 = for design and camera to an extent...
and D500, *no comment*

ill go for the i mate jam, because of its gazillion functions, then S700i bec of its superiority in its class (non 3G, non smart class).....the D500?it doesnt appeal to me.the 6630?its just a typical trendy phone, with features that are not that important to me (IMHO)

I would take the S700i great designe and the best cam phone right now the 6630 cam does not have more options as the s700 |

i also agree to s700 superiorty when combining class a good camera and a good overall package.by the way anyone has any knowledge of s700 latest price in India |

Yaar, dont even think about the s700i and 6630, go for the i-mate jam aka o2 xda II mini. You'll get one for about 30,000 rupees.
