Hello everyone im a new member and quite a novice with mobile phones. I am from the UK can anyone help me with? My daughter had a sharp GX20 for xmas. It has been unlocked and now has a virgin sim card in. We have managed to dl a polyphonic ring tone but it should except true tones onto her phone as well however we do not seem to be able to get them to save. One we tryed said file was too big to send back and another one would not play or save ???? can anyone offer any advice pls. thanks Mel

True tone is a ring tone or sound that is the actual pop song playing if you can understand my bad explaining. Maybe the same as real tone? but i dont know. It is the artist singing the song

Im sorry Im not sure about that. Its a ringtone like a mono and polyphonic, its one up from polyphonic but it sounds more like an MP3. Not quite as good a quality.
