hellow to everyone..... i've just got my Z1010 the day before yesterday..... up till now i've not figured out how to download mp3 files(audio songs particularly) from PC to Mob. I've tried to do this through PC Suite Sound editor but when the file goes Mob and i play it, all i hear is silence....... anybosy be kind enough to help me .... i desperatly need to have ma fav song on my mobile....... WAITINGGGGG!!!!!

How are you transferring the files to your Z1010?

If you are using a cable then it should simply be a case of using the PC Suite software that came with your Z1010 to transfer the fiiles from your PC to your Z1010. The same is true for Bluetooth and infrared.

You should be able to listen to mp3 files on your Z1010 by uisng the handsets media player function. Have you altered the files, you are trying to listen to, in any way? If so this may be why you can't hear anything. One last thing, which I don't mean to sound arrogant, check the volume is turned up!

thakns scotsboyuk.....well i think something is wrong with my downloading procedure...... i m downloading it with PC Suite through USB data cable....... would u please tell me the entire way of doing the task...... i mean which software should i use and (Soundeditor?) and how?......
