why is the new battery partially charged when u buy a new phone? any1 got any clues?

I don't really know the reason, but it's the same with all the electronics gadgets you buy. And independent om the brand. No matter if it's mobile, MiniDisc, Discman, DV-cam or if it's Sony, Ericsson, Nokia, Pioneer, whatever.. There's got to be a reason for that.. hmm.. anyone??

I think the charging wount start properly if the battery is completely empty when you connect the charger. Some power is required to start the process, otherwise it will take about 30 minutes to start the charging from when you connected the charger. |

if u look at it from another angle ... "just enough power in the batt. for the saleperson to get u hook on the phone BUT not enough for u to see the 'flaws"
seriously though, most rechargable batt. will have a pre-charge to test functionality before packing. |
