ok i just got my k700i and i have 2 questions first i have FW r2aa003 if i upgrade it, will the battery life improve? or that will happen only with older FWs? now my other question i have a hbh-600 that came with the phone but when i tried to conect to my phone it asks me for a code and i dont know wich one is, can u guys help me please?

i dont think a firmware upgrade will really help the K700 battery time. it will always be rubbish at that.

the code you need for you bluetooth device is usually 0000. at least thats what i use to pair my devices.

Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

thx man, indeed it was 0000.

i read somewhere around here that some FW updates actually improve battery life for %20 so thats why i asked, anyways thx man. [addsig]

well i havent heard about the battery gain, but firmware changes could scrap a bit more out i suppose. 20% is a fair amount though. Still its always worth upgrading your phone.

I could be mistaken, but I think the firmware upgrade fixed a bug that caused the battery display indicator on the K700 to show the incorrect battery level. Interestingly my V800 has had problems with its battery display, this might be a general fault with newer SE handsets.
